Auch die deutsche Röhrenampschmiede Engl hat ein Modul für das Synergy System beigstuert- das Powerball Modul basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Amp. Das Modul bietet 2 Kanäle Overdrive und High Gain die dem Blue- und Red Channel des Powerballs entsprechen. Für das Schaltungsdesign ist Engl Mastermind Horst Langer verantwortlich. Eine weitere, sinnvolle Ergänzung des umfangreichen Synergy Modul Angebots.

This module is awesome, the gains are TIGHT! No flubbyness in the lows. The gain is also smooth, no jar of bees, just sustain and directness. But the first channel isn't that high gain as you'd expect, it's more crunchy and can clean up very well. Lower the gain and bass and turn up the treble and you get a kind of bell like AC30 sound. The 3 way mid switches are great for thickening up the sound. There's one for each channel.
